    Selling the Overall Vision

    Vineyards is the first neighborhood in the larger mixed-use community of Chatham Park—a project that will span decades just west of Raleigh. So, how do you get homebuyers excited about purchasing at the beginning of a project? Show them what’s possible as they plant their roots here.

    Part of the Start

    Vineyards’ first print ad sought to excite people about the prospect of living in a new community with a grand long-term vision. We invited our early adopters to “Be Part of the Start” with this initial campaign.

    Email Drip Campaign

    Vineyards email drip campaign was implemented to help share information with prospects about the new neighborhood, as part of the larger Chatham Park community, in small, digestible bites. The content begins broad and as the emails continue, they become more focused.

    With a large project that has multiple phases, neighborhoods, employment hubs and entertainment districts, our challenge was to make Vineyards feel compelling by itself while also showcasing how living in the broader community of Chatham Park will enhance their lives.

    Our community brochure paints a picture of everything a Vineyards resident can expect inside the neighborhood while showcasing all they have access to being a part of in the broader community of Chatham Park. With such a large scope and with phases planned for years to come, it was important to provide a collateral piece that makes it easy for prospects to see what’s available now and to envision what’s to come.
